The New Talent Management Network (www.newtmn.com ) is a group of senior talent management professionals interested in advancing this field. We have three primary goals:

• Improve talent management effectiveness by conducting original research that benefits the TM community
• Coordinate opportunities for local, free networking among TM professionals
• Increase the capabilities of TM professionals and raise the bar for this profession

It's All Free
There are no fees to join the NTMN and you can participate in as many or as few activites as you like.  As we grow, we'll continue to enhance the site with other research and information.  All research reports and other features that will arrive at NewTMN.com will always be free.

We face both great opportunities and challenges in making Talent Management the premier profession within Human Resources.  We are faced a talent shortage in our own field (read the article, "Talent Pool or Talent Puddle:  Where's the Talent in Talent Management?") and a lack of definition around what we do.
